GSMA Open Gateway activity continued to expand in 2026, with partners positioning network APIs as a foundation for fraud prevention, KYC, and secure digital services. On June 15, 2026, GSMA announced that COURE joined Open Gateway as a channel partner focused on secure telecom APIs, KYC, fraud prevention, and routing across Africa.
